Halloween Glam Make-up: Win the Look!

We know you might not want to scare *everyone* away at Halloween, so we’ve put together a Halloween Glam make-up look for girls who want to get into the spirit and still look the part!  All of the products used are naturally skin-kind and cruelty-free.

 

Lips

Our look was inspired by Lime Crime Candy Future Lipstick in Serpentina for a dramatic, sultry edge.  Not for the faint hearted, Limited Edition Serpentina looks great worn alone or with a deep burgundy shade for a dramatic ombre lip.

 

Eyes

   

Concrete Minerals’ grungy tones and product names were just made for Halloween!  Living Dead green and Sabotage twinkling black mineral eye shadows work beautifully together to create a smokey eye with serious drama!

 

Nails

For talons, NCLA Designer Nail Wraps in I am Your Muse just scream Halloween with their swirling blood-red design.

Halloween Glam - with a selection of products that could easily be tweaked for a certain event happening in late December!

NCLA AW 2013: Prized Possessions, Cookies & Gold

We’re loving the new NCLA colours so much we couldn’t resist giving you a closer look - aren’t they stunning?!

Prized Possessions reminds us of peacock feathers when it twinkles in the light!  Its royal purple base looks blue in some lights and is filled with emerald, turquoise, purple and silver glitter in a mix of small pieces and bigger hexagons.  Easily buildable, above left is two coats of glitter and on the right, a single coat.   We thinks this works beautifully alone but it can also be used as a top coat over another shade and looks especially good over navy, such as Call Me for the After Party. 

Cookies and Gold makes us think of ice cream with sprinkles and twinkly snowflakes! This contains multiple sized glitter in fuchsia, gold, electric blue and silver - all set in a milky white base, which makes its speckled effect look part cloudy, part shimmery. We’re mesmerised!

These beauties contain no nasties, so wear them as often as you like without fear of damaging your nails.
